By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to the Service is conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms contained herein. These terms supersede any prior verbal, written, or implied agreements unless otherwise formally executed and acknowledged by both parties in writing.

License and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for internal business purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, duplicate, modify, or distribute source files or templates

• Resell, sublicense, or assign the Service without written permission

• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Intellectual Property

All content, code, methodologies, and design frameworks remain the sole intellectual property of ProductGrowth Labs, unless otherwise licensed or contractually transferred. No right, title, or interest shall be transferred to the User beyond what is explicitly granted herein.

Consulting Deliverables

Consulting deliverables may include insights, documents, or models tailored to your business, and are to be used solely for your internal operations unless otherwise licensed. ProductGrowth Labs retains rights to anonymize and reuse frameworks for future engagements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProductGrowth Labs be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

• Claims arising from external usage or unauthorized integrations

• Any third-party services not explicitly endorsed by us

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately cease.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], excluding its conflict of law principles. The parties agree to resolve all claims via binding arbitration or in the appropriate state or federal court located within [County, State].

Miscellaneous Legal Items

• Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining parts shall remain in full effect.
